用途

LZ-21型阻抗继电器(以下简称继电器)为整流型方向阻抗继电器,用于大电流或小电流接地系统的距离保护中作为测量元件。

结构和动作原理 

继电器采用嵌入式插件结构,其原理接线图见图1,外形尺寸及安装开孔图见附图,结构代号为A33K

 

继电器是按比较两个电气量的绝对值大小而构成的动作方程式:

|UK-UY+UJ|≥|UK- UY-UJ1

当(UK-UY)与UJ夹角为90o时方程式变为:

|UK-UY+UJ|=|UK- UY-UJ2

处于平衡状态,相当边界条件,矢量关系如图2

技术数据

3.1 额定值

a.交流额定电压100V(相间)

b.交流额定电流5A1A(以下参数均按5A给出)

3.2 功率消耗:在额定电流及电压下

a.电流回路:电抗变压器DKB整定在20匝时,每时不大于5VA

b.电压回路:变压器YB整定在100%(99.5%)每相不大于25VA

3.3 整定值

a.最大灵敏角为65°72°80°三种,允许±5°偏差。

b.DKB分三个绕组,改变DKB连接片位置及YB整定端子,可实现下列几组整定值:

0.2Ω/相 0.22Ω/

0.4Ω/相 0.44Ω/

0.6Ω/相 0.66Ω/

0.8Ω/相 0.8Ω/

2Ω/相 220Ω/

允许偏差±10%

3.4 精确工作电流

DKB=20匝,YB=100%(99.5%)两组短路情况下精确工作电流不大于0.4A

3.5 动作时间

a.在额定电流下,0.7ZZD动作时间不大于30ms

b.在三倍精确工作电流下,0.7ZZD动作时间不大于40ms

3.6在额定电流下(最大灵敏角方向),三相电压由额定值突然降到零时,记忆作用使阻抗继电器触点闭合时间不小于50ms

3.7当电流不小于两倍精确工作电流,在最大灵敏角下,电压由额定值突然降到相当于1.1ZZD的电压值,继电器无动作现象。

3.8 当电流ICL=0,电压由额定值突然降到零,继电器无鸟啄现象(包括有无第三相电压两种情况)

3.9 继电器在反方向短路时,应保证不动作。

3.10继电器电压端子经20电阻短接,电流由零增加到25A,其动合触点保证不闭合。电流大于25A,其动作触点可靠动作。 

3.11 返回系数

YB整定在10%20%范围内返回系数不大于1.2, 20%以上不大于1.15

3.12 继电器能经受110%额定电压和120%额定电流的长期运行。

3.15为了用负荷电流检查阻抗继电器接线的正确性,设有端子37,连接端子3734(断开端子34353436)继电器即成为功率方向元件,可方便的进行检查。

注:上述技术要求按5A规格给出。当为1A规格时,其工作电流值、精工电流值减少5倍,阻抗值增大5倍。

使用和维护

继电器内部可调部分如下:

a.电抗变压器DKB气隙补偿片的调节,以获得最小精确工作电流;

b.记忆装置(谐振回路)调整电感线圈匝数改变电感值满足谐振条件。
